Our quality is unmatched, and we are confident you will enjoy wearing this hair. However, please be mindful of these tips when you receive your order.
1. Open box or package and carefully inspect your bundle(s) WITHOUT REMOVING TAGS OR FASTENERS. Verify that your order is correctly filled. (correct length, color, style, grade. etc.)
2. Only if you are satisfied with your purchase, you may proceed to remove tags and unwrap your bundle for styling as desired. Please do not go forward with unwrapping and installing; then cutting, wetting, heating or styling the hair if you are not satisfied. Request an exchange.
3. Our customer service is top notch, and someone on Live Chat or our customer service phone lines CAN and WILL assist you provided you have followed the instructions outlined herein, and your undyed bundle is intact. Simple issues like "too thick, too thin, bad ends, too short", etc. are very easy to fix. There is no need to write a negative review without speaking to a representative who can remedy your problem quickly and easily. Unfortunately, colored hair, all wigs and any custom orders CANNOT be accepted for exchange unless defective. Please follow ALL INCLUDED care instructions carefully.
You may return unworn, unaltered hair with all tags and seals intact, in original poly bag or packaging for store credit, minus restocking fees and shipping, within 3 days of purchase at buyer's expense. You may not heat, wet, cut or apply any altering substances to the hair. Only defective merchandise will be accepted as a return, due to health reasons.
Selected defective Returns are granted for store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Staff approval for exchange or return must be granted within 3 calendar days of receipt of merchandise, and it must be in unopened and unused condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For health reasons, and due to the nature of our products, used, cut, open, or unwrapped hair cannot be accepted. Customer pays all applicable shipping and 15% restocking fee. RA Number required for return acceptance. Return address provided upon approval of return.
All returns subject to validation and inspection before issuance of gift certificate credit, or exchange, and must be enclosed in original packaging with tags intact. We do not offer refunds. Verified tracking information must be provided to this office by the customer within 48 hours of return authorization, or within 7 calendar days of customer's receipt of merchandise. All merchandise approved for return, and not not received by our office within 7 days of customer's receipt of the merchandise, will not be accepted for return or exchange and no merchandise credit will be granted. Your package will not be opened or claimed. For exchanges, customer is responsible for replacement shipping. You will be contacted by customer service for card processing.
Attention: For kinky curly orders, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED due to dislike of curl pattern received. That includes "too tight, too loose, not kinky enough, etc, as curl patterns are not guaranteed to be exact". If we do not make an error on your order, we will not accept the return.
WIGS, SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Effective immediately, all custom orders, including all closures, wigs, colored hair, tip extensions, tape extensions, bulk hair, hand tied hair, etc. will not be eligible for return or exchange unless you were sent an incorrect product, or your order was processed incorrectly, or you did not receive the item you ordered. E.g.. You ordered a 16" 4X4 silk closure in light brown and receive a 12" 3.5 X 4" lace closure in dark brown. Again, this excludes dislike of curl pattern.

Keep in mind that with virgin/cuticle hair, it is not always possible to exactly match a wave or curl pattern. As each of us is different, such is the case with each donor. You may get varied levels of luster, waviness or curliness in any one particular order.
When ordering closures to match previously purchased hair, or hair purchased elsewhere, feel free to send a photo of your hair as a guideline, and we will do our best to send you the closest possible texture. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
