 HAIR

• Only hair provided by the salon is recommended. 
• Cut wefts or hair from another vendor will incur an additional fee of $25. 

BOOKING

• Due to a large clientele it is strongly suggested that all appointments are booked 2-3 weeks in advance. 
• Appointments can only be guaranteed upon placing a credit card on file. If you choose not to leave a card on file, a non refundable cash deposit of 50% of service total or $50 is required, whichever is lesser.  
• The appointment book is live for anyone to book 24/7.  Salon staff can see the same appointments that clients can see.  If you see an appointment that you are interested in try to book it right away to ensure you get the time you want. 
• Appointments can only be made online or in store. No appointments will be made or altered over the phone for personal data security. 

SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE

• Same day cancellations will result in a same day cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill charged to the card on file.  Since we operate one client at a time, same day cancellations result in a loss of revenue that could have been gained by another appointment. 
• In the event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW, 100% of the total bill will be charged to the card on file. If you made a cash deposit, it will be forfeited and any future appointments will need to be prepaid in full. 

LATE ARRIVAL

• Due to the nature of our services, it is important to stay on a timely basis so other appointments are not inconvenienced. In the event you are late up to 15 minutes, a $20 fee will be added to the total bill. If you are 16-30 minutes late for an appointment, a $50 fee will be added will be added to your bill.  If you are more than 31 minutes late, your appointment is now subject to a same day cancellation and 50% of the total will be charged to the card on file. Your appointment may be rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist. 

RESCHEDULING

• Appointments cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment can be rescheduled with no penalty.  
• If a cash deposit was made and you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you may reschedule one time within 7 calendar days. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a new appointment. Cash deposits will be forfeited for same day cancellations.

Our braid pattern with this install consists of larger, but flat braids. The stitching and braiding was designed to create a natural flowing install to be sturdy enough to protect the natural hair and be completed in 1-1.5 hrs We strongly recommend adding a net to this install for the longest wear. It is great for the woman that likes quick changes and is looking for quality at an affordable price.
